Menstrual health is a matter of human rights. People who menstruate deserve affordable and accessible menstrual products, untaxed and available in public places like schools, shelters and prisons. Our youth-powered movement advocates for systemic change through policy to end period poverty in our lifetime.

Providing educational resources for menstruators and allies to explore intersectional approaches to menstrual equity.
Menstrual equity combats both period poverty and stigma. PERIOD. empowers local activists with grassroots training and education to find an approach that is compatible with their community. Our global network can be a tool for young activists to learn how to best serve those experiencing period poverty.

From period packs to pallets of products, PERIOD. distributes period products to communities in need. Free of charge, always.
We believe that providing period products to our PERIOD. chapters and other youth-led organizations has the biggest impact on addressing period poverty at the local level, where young activists are directly providing period products to individuals and organizations in need in their communities.
